We are a tax-registered entity in New Zealand, so all transactions are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and subject to Goods & Services Tax (GST 15%).

- 1 ticket to the Icebreaker Function
Day Registration
Thursday/Friday
- Entrance to all conference sessions on chosen day only
- Lunch, morning and afternoon tea of particular day only
ESE Wednesday Registration
- Entrance to all conference sessions on Wednesday only
- 1 ticket to the ESE Networking Drinks and the conference Icebreaker Function
The registration fees do not include accommodation or travel costs.
Delegates are responsible for their own accommodation and travel including insurance and airport transfers.
We have negotiated a discounted rate at for conference attendees at the Cordis Hotel. Rooms are subject to availability so please book soon via the link below.
General Information
*Member Rates
Member rates apply to both SESOC (Structural Engineering Society New Zealand) and SEAOC (Structural Engineers Association of California) members.
Payment
Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are in $NZ. For group bookings, please contact the conference organisers before completing your registration sesoc@confer.co.nz.
If you request payment by invoice, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days or advise us if your organisation has a payment schedule that falls outside of this. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to sesoc@confer.co.nz. Cancellations received on or before 21 May 2027 will be charged an administration fee of $100. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 21 May 2027 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time with no change fee.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
